{Star Wars Terrariums with Susan Beal}

Just this week I had the opportunity to work with a local crafter, Susan Beals. Along with her terrariums, Susan is a published writer and has her own craft blog which you can find here. I’ve never made a terrarium before, so it was a new experience for me! We went over how to make three different scenes from Star Wars, including Endor, Hoth, and Tatooine. The one shown below is of Endor & includes a little succulent plant. For those of you interested in the book these terrariums are featured in and a step by step guide of each one, check out Powell’s Books!

This is a great project for kids & especially for the summer time! It’s simple and doesn’t require tons of expensive materials. Most of the materials needed you can find in nature & a garden store.

All of this will also be featured on a new craft site, scheduled to debut at the end of the month!
