I'm a natural light portrait photographer in Vancouver, WA.

I strive to capture the moments that happen in a split second and will never be seen again except in that photograph taken. The moments between siblings, couples, friends, and families. There's nothing like walking through your house and seeing that framed moment on your wall & being taken back to the day, event, or celebration, time & time again. Photography is truly a priceless gift your family will treasure for generations to come.

When people ask what my job is, I tell them I'm a photographer, but most of the time it doesn't feel like a "job." I love photography and everything about it. God has blessed me with a gift to see the world through a different light and I do my best to show that to you. I truly could not ask for a better job!

Earlier in May I was in Reno to shoot a wedding & this lovely family offered Matt & I a place to stay while we were there. As a huge thank you for their generosity we did a family session.

It was definitely different to be shooting in so much sun, but it was a welcomed challenge (:
